All warranties are based on the date that tracking shows the equipment was delivered. Your warranty claim must be sent via email to help@nationalprocessing.com.

 

Shipping Warranty (48 Hours)

National Processing will replace equipment that was damaged in shipping, and handle disputes with the courier service on behalf of the merchant (your business), as long as the merchant provides National Processing with the following: 

  • 3 photos from different sides of the packaging the equipment was delivered in. 
  • 3 photos from different sides to show damage to the damaged machine(s).

Your claim and these photos must be emailed to National Processing within 48 hours from when tracking shows the equipment was delivered. Email help@nationalprocessing.com.

 

Manufacturer’s Warranty (60 Calendar Days)

This warranty is void if the machine is visibly damaged or displaying a tamper error. National Processing will replace equipment with hardware failures as long as the merchant provides National Processing with the following: 

  • 3 photos from different sides to show the undamaged machine(s).

Your claim and these photos must be emailed to National Processing within 60 calendar days from when tracking shows the equipment was delivered. Email help@nationalprocessing.com

 

Returns And Restocking (60 Calendar Days)

In the event that you would like to return equipment for a refund, we will apply a restocking fee of $200 per bundle (if applicable), or $100 per individual item(s). These fees will be enforced by withholding them from your refund. Refunds will be sent within 30 days of National Processing receiving and inspecting your equipment. In order to be eligible for a refund, the following must be true: 

  • All devices, original packaging, and accessories are returned with the device(s). 
  • The devices must not show physical damage or be displaying a tamper error.

 

Your return and refund claim must be emailed to National Processing within 60 calendar days from when tracking shows the equipment was delivered. Return labels will be provided by National Processing. Email help@nationalprocessing.com

 

Warranties apply to all hardware shipped by National Processing LLC with the exception of any Clover brand hardware, including FD150, FD130, FD35, and RP10 terminals. Warranty information for these products will be supplied in their respective packages.
